Madman Locomotive is a hard rock band from Northern California formed in 2023, comprised of lead guitarist, Jay Law, second lead guitarist, Aaron Cabral, lead vocalist, percussionist, and harmonica harpist, Chris “Smiley Coyote“ Van Kirk, bassist and backing vocalist, James Lewis, and drummer, Jack Carney.  The combination of dual high energy guitars, harmonizing vocals, and grooving rhythm section make for a hauntingly awesome musical experience you don’t want to miss.  Madman Locomotive is all aboard and off the rails!

Madman Locomotive delivers all original hard rock with a very soulful alternative blues presence.  The vocals are a passionate display of range and power with an emphasis on catchy lyrics and creative melodies.  The guitar riffs are masterfully written and woven together to provide a breadth of phonic flavors and creativity.  The blending of guitar tonalities and vocals are utilized to accentuate the desired feeling of the songs.  The rhythm section is driving with tight drums and chunky accompanying bass lines.  Madman Locomotive is new age Hard Rock at it’s finest!
